Predicting Interferences

In light of the holiday season, it’s a good idea to be thankful.  Whatever our gifts in life, we should be grateful.  We all possess currency of some kind and it is good to realize how fortunate we are.  In life, our situation undergoes changes for the better and for the worse.  But really it is all in the way you look at it.  Very good news for one person could be very bad news for another and vice versa.  In Harlem, they say “bring me no good news.”

In astrology, planets influence you, the way that you receive the planetary influences.  Therefore, the important thing is the receiver, the rising sign.  The rising sign is a filter through which you see your life and the world at large.  You can always change yourself.

Free will is an important part of the human dynamic and it is often underutilized.  We think that we are using free will but it takes a great deal of work to free your-self from generations of influences. 

The preferences we have in life often come from our genes, our upbringing and our own ability to reason.  The ability to reason and to make changes in our thoughts and actions can mitigate the outcome.  We can consciously create circumstances that are beneficial and healthy for ourselves and others.
